This week's hike to Round Lake/Meiss Meadows was a small but very talented group. I can say that because I'm writing the story line here. LOL. I also call it a Round Lake / Meiss Meadow hike since not all the hikers made it to the cabin in Meiss Meadows. The 60's year olds in the group had responsiblities by home and had to return immediately. Finishing a 6.3 mile hike. The youngsters in the group, let's refer to them as the 50 and 60 year olds had to keep trudging along to finish their 11 mile hike. It so much fun when you're young.
And this is where the awesome foursome had to go their different ways. Mike got cell phone service and found our way back. Mike is such a wilderness kind of guy. I would have used the stars to get us back. LOL Pretty much the hike back was me watching Mike's butt and hustling to catch up. BTW he has a nice butt.
After taking turns to take each other photo on the newly built bridge, a real retire photographer came by and took Mike and Pat's photo on the newly constructed bridge in Big Meadow. We had to show him how to use a iphone. He was use to real camera. Whatever those are? Anyway I think Mike and I did pretty good.
Photos from Harry and Markus. They're actually have no proof that Harry made it. Even though the photos are supposedly from his phone. You know, Markus could have learned how to take selfies. LOL. At least Mike and I took each others photo, and then got a professional to take a photo. Just kidding, you guys are studs.
Photos from Mike. I like them, cause I'm in those photos. LOL
