Well let's see what this month has in store for the Palis. First and formost is that Ali is retiring. Yes, she's giving it another try. More time in Tahoe and more time in Hawaii is the good news. The bad news is that Pat is there. Oh well she's always good a working with the handicapped. Towards the end of the month will be the Shultz's Halloween Party. Pat comes home in the middle of October. There's a 45th high school reunion Pat has to attend in Newport Beach. I guess they have these things every 5 years because people are dying off like flies. Pat did get his 100 plus days of surfing in. The Millers doing well. Nechia's still teaching, Dan's still building, Heather is working full time and lives on a farm, Justin is in his second year at Berkeley, and Carlyn is the new star of the California High School Volleyball team. Nechia had another birthday this month along with Nana. We did lose our close Lake Tahoe frined Ted "the Boz" Bozovich. He passes away this month from a battle with cancer. He was a wonderful man and the Lake tahoe "Animal House" will never be the same.

Ali and Pat spend the end of the month of October at Lake Tahoe. We lost our dear friend Boz to Cancer. He was a great friend and person. We'll make some turns for you Boz. "To Boz" Ali made it up to Harlow's Hut too.
