The month started off with Ali going home to work and Pat staying in Hawaii to Play. What's wrong with this picture???? Pat is still moving along on his 100 days of surfing. He begins this month on day 67. Ali has yet to get into the water.... However one of the saddest things that happened was Pat and Ali's dollar theater closed in Hawaii. We are now actually paying full price for a movie. Well Pat gets the senior rate so it's kind of like paying full price. Of course he sneeks into another movie. He's such a dork! Dinner with some surfer dudes and dudettes. No really these people are the best surfers in Hawaii (or at least at Canoes at 6:00 am in the morning). Plus they work with the handicapped (that being Pat). So they're really nice people....We went to Gabor and Maria's wine making party too.
Pat did make a quick trip home to celebrate Ali's birthday on the 27th. Oh wait we're celebrating grand daughter Heather 21st birthday too, plus Pat Gaynor and Tammy's anniversary, and Ali retiring. Yes that's right Ali will retire on October 13th.
