The month started off with the same fun. Lots of biking and hiking. A great boat ride to Emerald Bay with Ronnie and Linda (boat ride photos). A great dinner on the lake at Joanne and Ed's place and another great dinner at Frank and Kathy's place in Skyland. Justin (the polevaulter grandson) came up for a couple of days over Labor Day Weekend. And then kept coming back. He loves the climbing the cliffs with Ed and Joanne. We had a hard climb to the top of Pyramid Peak. Some great bike rides and some great Taco Tuesdays.

Like Pat didn't get enough climbing. Ed and Joanne take Pat and Justing climbing again. This time over to Emerald Bay on the 90 foot wall. Then Pat took them to have their first Rum Runner at the Beacon and run into his friends Terry and Debbie from Newport who made a surprise visit.
