Opening day of ski season.  Pat couldn't ski because he was recovering from surgery. But he made it to first tram.  Photos with friends Harry and Ronnie.  And with past student, Craig Huft.  Back on the hill next week.

Following 2 months of the worst pain I have ever endured, I had back surgery.  It's now been 2 weeks since my surgery and my first day up on the mountain with Harry, Joe, Austin, Ron, and me. ​Bright white spot was the herniated disc that was causing the problem and they drilled a hole in my back to repair it. Life is good.

Even though the Palis couldn't make this year's Turkey Bowl, our daughter Tammy and Nechia still had it.
