Some bad mews and some good news. Our neighbor Frank "The Cabby" has pass on. He was our favorite neighbor. Always smiling, helpful, and made our day when we pass by his condo on the way out or in. The good news is. we got to meet his son and daughter-in-law Amy. Two beautiful people helping to get things in order for him. We look forward to seeing more of them in the future. His chair. He will be missed.

It's been raining a lot in Hawaii but we managed to see our first sunset.

We have a new great granddaughter: Raegan Joyce Marie born 5/19/24

A couple of months ago I got to hook up with an old colleague, Jeff Cardinal. I use to work with him. We were in a gym in Lake Tahoe. We got to do it again in Hawaii. Got some surfing with him & reliving old times.
