Pat made his way down to the bay area for a celebration of life and to hook up with family members.
First, time with the Millers and Haffners. Nechia and Dan are doing great as grandparents. Steve & Heather have the greatest kids.  Rilynn and Wyatt are a bundle of Joy.  And Dan is still the best barbque man.
Second, a morning run with son in law, Pat Gaynor and my other daughter Tammy.  Trying to be empty nesters and taking good care of me.  Can't thank you enough for the weekend.  After the morning run got to spend time with granddaughter Carlyn and her sons.  Then off to the celebration of life for one of Pat's co-workers, Pete Davis.  Pat coached football with Pete at Chabot and went to high school with Pete at Mater Dei. The last day was a fun hike through Sycamore Park in Livermore and seeing Secret Tree again.  Look at the collage of photos for Secret Tree below to see how important this place is to our family.  And on the way out we ran into a couple (The Doggetts): who were pole vault coaches in the tri-valley and knew Justin well.
